Sweet Spice Tea

This tea surprisingly has a fruity taste to it. It’s a wonderful drink on those cold days plus it’s medicinal and healthy!

    •    1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
    •    1 tbsp fresh grated turmeric
    •    1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
    •    1/2 tsp fennel seeds
    •    small stick of cinnamon
    •    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    •    3 peppercorns
    •    3 cups fresh water
    •    sugar to taste

Place all the ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. When it begins to boil turn off the flame and let it sit for about 5 minutes.

Now you are ready to offer to Kṛṣṇa with love and devotion!
